- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of semiconductor frequency conversion devices for induction heating. This standard applies to semiconductor frequency conversion devices for induction heating composed of semiconductor devices (thyristors or power transistors). Its frequency range is from over 50Hz to 10000Hz. Semiconductor frequency conversion devices for induction heating above 10000Hz can also be adopted as a reference.
