Scope

This standard specifies the quantitative relationship between the basic parameters of thyristors and the method for determining parameter values. This standard applies to unidirectional thyristors and bidirectional thyristors such as ordinary thyristors, fast thyristors, and switchable thyristors. This standard is also applicable to determining the basic parameter values of rectifier diodes.
