- This standard specifies the terminology and classification of the properties of bulk materials transported by continuous conveying equipment. This standard applies to various bulk materials in continuous conveying equipment. The properties of bulk materials described in this standard only include general material properties that affect the efficiency and performance of continuous conveying equipment. Bulk materials refer to powdery, granular, and lumpy materials in a loose state. The properties of granular materials are divided into: physical (or mechanical) properties and other special properties.
