- This standard specifies the basic requirements for internal standard precision experimental glass thermometers commonly used in precision temperature measurement, and proposes the basic series, specifications and dimensions of long and short thermometers. Where not specified in this standard, internal standard precision experimental glass thermometers shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 9263-1999 "Industrial Glass Thermometers and Experimental Glass Thermometers". This standard applies to internal standard precision experimental glass thermometers.
