This document applies to volatile alcohol components in wine: trimethylsilanol, 1-octene-3-ol, n-heptanol, n-octanol, cycloheptanol, trans-2-octene-1- Determination of alcohol, n-decanol, lauryl alcohol and linalool. The detection limits of this standard method are: trimethylsilanol 0.001mg/L, 1-octen-3-ol 0.1mg/L, n-heptanol 0.01mg/L, n-octanol 0.002mg/L, cyclohexanol Heptanol 0.01mg/L, trans-2-octen-1-ol 0.1mg/L, n-decanol 0.005mg/L, lauryl alcohol 0.001mg/L, linalool 0.01mg/L.
