Scope

This document stipulates the system composition, functional requirements and performance requirements of the transmission line anti-construction machinery collision monitoring and early warning system. This document is applicable to the early warning system for preventing construction machinery from colliding with AC and DC overhead transmission lines with voltage levels of 10kV and above. The early warning system for preventing construction machinery from colliding with overhead transmission lines at other voltage levels can be implemented as a reference.
