This standard specifies the basic principles and test methods for routine performance testing of mechanical seal products for kettles. This standard is applicable to stirrer shafts of carbon steel and stainless steel reactors and similar vertical rotating shaft mechanical seals. Its working parameters: the medium pressure in the seal cavity is 1.33×10^(5) (absolute pressure) ~ 2.5MPa (gauge pressure). ); the medium temperature in the sealed cavity is 0~80℃; the outer diameter of the stirring shaft (or sleeve) is 30~130mm; the rotation speed is not more than 500r/min; the medium is various fluids except strong oxidizing acids and high-concentration alkali.
