This standard specifies the product categories, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation requirements for XM22 room temperature vulcanizing polysulfide sealant products. This standard is applicable to the anti-corrosion sealing of aircraft integral fuel tanks and other metal riveting, screw joints and structures. The operating temperature range in jet fuel and air is -55℃~+130℃. This standard also applies to the quality inspection and acceptance of M22 sealant.
