- This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of high vacuum gate valves. This standard is applicable to the gate valve used to open or block the air flow in a 1.3*10^(-5)~1.0*10^5Pa vacuum system. When opening the valve, the pressure difference on both sides of the valve plate should be less than or equal to 2.7kPa.
