- This specification is applicable to the insulation withstand voltage test between turns of stator windings of AC motors with rated voltages from 3kV to 13.8kV. Used to control the inter-turn insulation quality of a single coil. After a single coil is manufactured, it should undergo an inter-turn withstand voltage test before being taken off the line to ensure the insulation quality between turns. The test voltage and method are formulated according to enterprise standards.
