- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and test methods for type 42 fructose syrup products. This standard is applicable to starchy raw materials, which are hydrolyzed by enzymatic or acid-enzymatic methods to obtain high DE value enamel, and then converted by glucose isomerase to obtain high fructose syrup.
