Scope
This document stipulates the terms and definitions for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in and out of imported cold chain foods, operational requirements for centralized supervision warehouses, operational requirements for other cold storages, food production and operation units, and prevention and control management requirements. This document is applicable to the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic of imported cold chain food in and out of warehouses. Food stored in an environment of -18°C ~ 0°C shall be managed in accordance with the requirements for frozen food.
