- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of paper and cardboard bursting testers. This standard applies to the bursting resistance tester of paper, cardboard and other low-strength sheet materials (hereinafter referred to as the "bursting resistance tester"). Periodic technical status inspections during use of the burst-resistant instrument should also be used with reference.
