- 1.0.1 In order to unify the calculation methods, quotas and related indicators for the number of transportation personnel, loading and unloading personnel in chemical enterprises, these regulations are specially formulated. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the calculation of transportation personnel, loading and unloading personnel of chemical enterprises in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects. 1.0.3 This regulation is divided into three parts to calculate the number of railway transportation and loading and unloading personnel, automobile transportation and loading and unloading personnel, and water transportation and loading and unloading personnel of chemical enterprises. 1.0.4 The personnel required for forklifts and battery trucks in production workshops and warehouses are not included in this regulation. 1.0.5 In addition to complying with these regulations, the calculation of the number of transportation, loading and unloading personnel of chemical enterprises should also comply with the current relevant standards, specifications and directive documents issued by the state. When there is a conflict between these regulations and the current relevant national standards, norms and directive documents, the relevant national standards and norms shall be implemented.
