Scope

This standard specifies the form, size and technical requirements for oil-resistant asbestos rubber gaskets for steel pipe flanges of light gas turbines. This standard is applicable to oil-resistant asbestos rubber gaskets for light-duty gas turbine convex-faced socket-welded steel pipe flanges. It is also applicable to oil-resistant asbestos rubber gaskets for light-duty gas turbine convex-plate flat-welded steel pipe flanges.
