- In order to make the protection design of the dangerous impact of power transmission lines on telecommunications lines safe, reliable, economical and reasonable, and technologically advanced, this regulation is specially formulated. This regulation is applicable to the protection design of the dangerous effects of 35-500kV three-phase AC overhead power transmission lines (referred to as power transmission lines) on adjacent telecommunications lines. In addition to complying with this regulation, the protection design for the dangerous effects of power transmission lines on adjacent telecommunications lines should also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards.
