- This regulation applies to the water supply and drainage design of newly built, expanded and renovated urban commercial public bathrooms and public bathrooms of industrial and mining enterprises, government agencies, schools and other groups. When designing the following bathrooms, the relevant current national norms or regulations should also be complied with: 1. Factory workshop bathrooms; 2. Hospital ward bathrooms; 3. Swimming pool bathrooms.
