- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage conditions for general water-based metal cleaning agents. This standard applies to general water-based detergents for cleaning metal materials and metal parts. This product mainly consists of surfactants and various additives. This standard does not apply to solvent-based metal cleaners and metal cleaners for special purposes (such as aircraft cleaning).
