This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety management such as design, manufacturing, installation, repair, modification, use management, regular inspection, and scrapping of special wet steam generators for oil fields (hereinafter referred to as generators). This standard applies to rated working pressure less than or equal to 21Mpa and rated working temperature less than or equal to 370℃. Mobile generators should comply with this standard except for the bottom car part. The wet steam generator refers to its body and the pressure-bearing component integrated with it on the same skid-mounted platform and is defined within the following range: a) The first circumferential weld at the outlet of the plunger pump. b) Welding seam on the outside of the first stop valve after the steam outlet check valve, and welding seam on the outside of the discharge valve. c) The first girth weld at the inlet before the primary pressure reducing valve of the steam atomization pipeline. d) The first welding seam behind the main gas electric valve of the gas pipeline (level one).
