This document establishes the procedures for identifying resistance to tomato bacterial spot disease, defines the terms and definitions of tomato bacterial spot disease, provides information on reagents and materials, and specifies inoculum preparation, pathogen identification, identification conditions and experimental design. Instructions for vaccination, disease investigation, and disease resistance evaluation methods are described. This document is applicable to the indoor identification and evaluation of bacterial spot disease resistance at the seedling stage of tomatoes in the Guangxi administrative region.
