- These rules stipulate the safety requirements for the design, production operation management and closure of metal and non-metal mine waste dumps, as well as safety protection, evaluation and management, supervision and inspection requirements to prevent the occurrence of waste dump accidents. This rule applies to dumps or waste rock dumps in metal and non-metal mines. The design, production operations, management and closure of hydraulic conveyance dumping sites shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of tailings ponds.
