Scope

This standard specifies the items and technical requirements for safety inspection and inspection of hoisting winch systems in use in coal mines. This standard is applicable to on-site inspection and inspection of mine winch systems in use in coal mines (including mining hoisting winches with drum diameters of 1.2m and below that are strictly prohibited from carrying people).
