PREFACE This document is the second of a two-volume publication covering a study of impacts of changes in diesel fuel quality. The first volume@ containing Sections 1 through 3@ deals with study results and methods used. This volume documents details supporting the results covered in Volume 1. It consists of Section 4 containing details of computer-generated model results and nine appendices containing material supporting the study.
