Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for the design and production of rubber-plastic injection molding machines for processing plastics and/or rubber, and gives relevant instructions for the safe use of the machines. This document applies to rubber and plastic injection molding machines with hydraulically and/or electrically driven platen movement. This document is applicable to deal with the rubber and plastic injection molding machine life cycle (see GB/T15706-2012, 5.4), in the normal use process, the manufacturer can reasonably foresee the misoperation, which is related to the rubber and plastic injection molding machine. All major hazards, hazardous states and hazardous events related to the molding machine (see Appendix A). This document does not apply to: ---Machine whose clamping device can only be manually operated by the operator; ---Machine whose hydraulic mechanism can only be manually operated; ---Injection blow molding machine; Type rubber and plastic injection molding machines; plate——molding machines and rotary molding machines; out——direct shoe sole molding machines, rubber and plastic injection molding machines for unit soles and footwear components, whole shoe and boot molding machines; quasi——— Exhaust system design; national standard --- mold design and assembly. Note: Molds and exhaust systems are not part of the machine.
