Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements for vertical hydraulic shock absorber test benches for railway rolling stock (hereinafter referred to as the test bench). This standard is applicable to the newly manufactured vertical hydraulic shock absorber test bench for railway rolling stock with torsion bar force measuring system.
