- This document establishes the post-harvest treatment procedures for loquat fruits, and specifies the operating instructions for the stages of harvesting, sorting and selection, pre-cooling, grading, storage, packaging, labeling, transportation, and sales of loquat fruits, as well as the transition between the above-mentioned stages. Conditions, describing traceability methods such as process records and markings. This document is applicable to the operation and management of all aspects of postharvest processing of loquat fruit, including red meat and white meat loquat varieties.
