- This standard is applicable to the limit gauges for thread size inspection of external thread grades 4h, 6g, 8g and internal thread grades 4H, 5H, 6H and 7H specified in CNS 532, 4544 and 4545 [Metric coarse thread limit dimensions and tolerances] [ Hereinafter referred to as the thread limit gauge) and the calibration gauge (hereinafter referred to as the calibration gauge). Furthermore, the classification of internal and external threads specified in CNS 532, 4544 and 4545 is Class 1.
