- This standard refers to the manual operation of the cylinder to mix the aqueous solutions of agents A and B to produce carbon dioxide gas. The solution is sprayed out and generates foam due to pressure, which is used to extinguish Class A and B fires (i.e. CNS 3658 fire classification) Chemical foam fire extinguisher (hereinafter referred to as fire extinguisher).
