Scope

This standard stipulates a testing method that first freezes the concrete specimen in the air, then dissolves it in water, and then determines its ability to resist freezing and thawing after such multiple rapid freezing and thawing cycles. This standard can be used to determine the various properties of concrete and the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, rather than to measure the service life of a certain concrete.
