- This standard applies to hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and steel coils (hereinafter referred to as steel sheets and steel coils), which are immersed in a molten zinc plating bath containing more than 97% zinc (generally speaking, the aluminum content does not exceed 0.30 %) to obtain equal thickness of galvanized coating on both sides (hereinafter referred to as coating coating). At the same time, in addition to flat plates, it also includes corrugated steel with shapes and dimensions specified in CNS 12973 [Shape and Dimensions of Corrugated Steel Sheets]
