This document specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test conditions, calibration methods, result calculation methods, expression of calibration results, and recommended recalibration cycles for solder furnace temperature parameter calibration. This document is suitable for temperature parameter calibration of soldering furnaces with a temperature range of (200~500)°C, a workspace with a plane size not greater than 400mm*400mm or a diameter not greater than 400mm, and a depth not exceeding 200mm.
