This document stipulates the classification of personalized cardiovascular models for additive manufacturing to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of structural heart disease, the entire process of relevant parties, requirements, packaging and model design, and information provided by production companies. This document applies to personalized cardiovascular models (hereinafter referred to as "models") produced through additive manufacturing processes and used for doctor-patient communication, surgical planning, and postoperative evaluation in the diagnosis and treatment of structural heart disease.
