Scope
1.1 This regulation applies to the safety devices required for the operation of mills and calenders used in the rubber industry. 1.2 This restriction may not apply if other alternative safety measures have been used and have equivalent protective effect, and the competent authority considers that the device is still feasible. 1.3 Due to the equipment used for technical research, the size, speed and height may be different from those used for actual production.
