- This standard applies to carbon steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as steel pipes) for civil engineering, construction, iron towers, scaffolding, piles, pillars, ground anchors (1) and other structures. Note (1): Only applicable to seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes with an outer diameter less than 318.5mm. Notes: 1.
