- This standard applies to the general principles for static accuracy and operational accuracy inspection of machine tools (Note 1). Note (1): The inspection methods specified in this standard can also be applied to machine tools with special structures or uses. The purpose and performance of the machine tool should be determined by selecting appropriate inspection items from these general rules. The relevant permit differences are separately stipulated in the individual inspection standards of each machine tool.
