- This standard applies to chlorinated rubber red iron oxide anti-rust primer for anti-corrosion coating of ships and land-based steel structures (hereinafter referred to as chlorinated rubber red iron oxide anti-rust primer). Note: Chlorinated rubber-based red iron oxide anti-rust primer is a liquid, opaque, volatile, naturally drying paint that can be used for spraying and brushing. It is fully made of chlorinated rubber and red iron oxide anti-rust pigments.
