- Scope
- This standard applies to edible palm oil produced from the palm pulp part and the refined liquid part. It is a soft palm oil that is added (or not added) to the oil collected from palm pulp, cooled first, and then processed by dripping, filtering or centrifugal separation. It is suitable for consumption and has an iodine value of more than 55.
