Scope

This standard is applicable to cold-rolled compression coil springs (hereinafter referred to as springs) made from round metal wires. After forming, they are only tempered to eliminate residual stress. The spring wire diameter can be up to 17mm, and the spring wire diameter is 10 to 17mm. , the manufacturing method depends on the stress, material and usage conditions, see the regulations of CNS 7857.
