- This standard specifies the test procedures for measuring and evaluating the response of dry reed switches to sinusoidal vibration environments. Note: Its purpose is to provide response data of the switch and its parts in a static state. The selection of test limits for vibration frequency and amplitude should take into account the component design and its natural response to vibration. The accuracy of the measured values should be within ±5%.
