- This standard applies to steel drums (commonly known as iron drums, hereinafter referred to as drums) with a nominal capacity of 50 liters to 200 liters for the storage and transportation of liquid dangerous goods and liquid non-dangerous goods. Remarks: 1. The dangerous goods and their grade ranges referred to in this standard are subject to the provisions of Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article 2 of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Public Hazardous Goods and High-Pressure Gases" promulgated by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
