Scope

This standard specifies two testing methods for subtilisin, a feed additive in compound feed. The first method (Section 2) is applicable to feed additives with a content of not less than 13g/kg. The second method (Section 3) species) is suitable for feeds with a subtilisin content of not less than 0.022g/kg.
