Taiwan Provincial Standard of the People's Republic of China
Latest
CNS 9185-1982
Scope
This standard is applicable to the determination of the concentration of mercaptans contained in the exhaust gas generated by chemical reactions, etc. The mercaptan concentration range that can be determined by this method is 0.5~10 ppm (gas production volume is 10 e) and 0.05~1 ppm (gas production volume is 100 e). If the concentration of coexisting sulfur dioxide or nitrogen dioxide is greater than 200 ppm, or hydrogen sulfide is greater than 1 ppm, interference will occur. Note: ppm used in this standard is expressed in v/v
