This document stipulates the technical key points for the rapid fermentation of livestock manure to produce nano-organic fertilizer, including applicable raw materials and output types, process technology principles and characteristics, core facilities and equipment, environmental control and precautions, etc. It belongs to the fields of nano-refining technology and organic fertilizer production technology. This document is applicable to the nano-organic fertilizer production plants of the Yangling Bio-Health Agriculture Industry Alliance and its member units. All organic animal manure raw materials within a radius of 10 kilometers include sheep, cattle, chicken and pig manure, agricultural and forestry organic waste, and dregs and residues after agricultural product processing. This technology is applicable to organic fertilizer processing plants in the area of , cake, meal, etc., large-scale breeding farms and below-scale breeding farms of various livestock and poultry breeds, centralized processing centers in villages and towns, and farmers’ yards with livestock and poultry breeding. It can also be voluntarily adopted by the society with authorization in accordance with the regulations of this group.
