- This standard is applicable to CNS 12242 (seamless high-pressure gas container) and CNS 5636 (liquid ammonia cylinder) and other valves with an internal volume of more than 1 l and less than 70 l. Yoke mounted valves for medical gases are also included, but valves for dissolved acetylene gas and liquefied petroleum gas are not included in this standard.
