Scope

This standard applies to special frame type low voltage with continuous rating, rated frequency 60Hz, fully enclosed external fan cooling type, Class B insulation (or Class E or F insulation equivalent to Class B), and used at an ambient temperature below 40°C. Three-phase squirrel cage induction motor (hereinafter referred to as the motor) has standard appearance dimensions.
