Scope

This standard stipulates the radiographic inspection of carbon steel welded parts, including clear and minimum requirements for inspection timing, inspection procedures, inspection techniques, display evaluation, defect types and grade classification, etc. The inspection of special geometric shapes and special-purpose welded parts may be based on other requirements. Relevant standards shall be separately formulated, but shall not be lower than this standard.
