- This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and warranty period requirements for medium-corrosion and strong-corrosion three-phase asynchronous motors. This standard applies to motors used in indoor corrosive environments. According to the severity of the environmental chemical medium that the motor can withstand, it is divided into indoor protection medium corrosion type (Y-F1) and indoor protection strong corrosion type (Y-F2). If the environmental corrosion protection requirements are higher than those specified in this standard, the manufacturer shall negotiate with the user.
