Scope

This standard specifies the water absorption test method for unglued and highly absorbent paper - the water absorption rate method. Note: For paper products that have been glued or have absorbed water for more than 120 seconds, the water absorption should be measured in accordance with CNS 7298 [Water Absorption Test Method for Paper and Paperboard].
