Scope
This standard specifies the general method for quantitative analysis of inorganic and organic substances in aqueous or non-aqueous solutions according to the following methods. (1) Potentiometric titration: A titration method that uses the measurement of the potential difference between electrodes as the end point indication. (2) Amperometric titration: A titration method that uses the measurement of indicating current as the end point indication. (3) Coulometric titration: The titrant is produced by electrolysis, and the component to be measured is determined from the electricity consumed.
