1.0.1 This standard is formulated to standardize and unify the technical requirements for distribution network grid planning and design, realize the grid layout of distribution network, and promote lean management of distribution network planning and design. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the grid planning and design of distribution networks of 110 (66) kV and below in areas with controlled detailed planning. The 20kV and 6kV voltage levels can be implemented with reference to the relevant technical requirements of the 10kV voltage level. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this standard, the grid planning and design of distribution network should also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards.
